"I first ordered 7 lights through Amazon but sold through 1Stoplighting. I had to return that order because the finish was not what I needed. However, I was so impressed with the fast shipping and customer service I received, I found other lights to replace them. Again, shipping was super fast and customer service was great. I would definitely shop here again."

"Ordered lights for new home, made sure all the lights I ordered were in stock since we had electrician coming in 3 weeks. They immediately charged my credit card for the full amount then I started receiving e-mails telling me some were on backorder and even though the website promised $50 if the lights were not received in 3 days, that never happened. Had to cancel some since I wouldn't receive them in time. Took almost 2 weeks and many calls to get my credit card refund. Now I've been waiting weeks for return authorization to send two lights back that we were not happy with."

"I ordered a pair of sconces, in fact the exact pair pictured on the large banner across the website promising $100 if not delivered in 5 days. It took 10 days, and they tried to deny me the $100 refund until I threatened to report them to the BBB, etc. When the sconces finally arrived, they were the wrong color and were missing the sockets, mounting plates, wires, etc. They were just hollow, unfinished, resin cylinders. It then took another 2-3 weeks to get a return shipping label and the full refund. It was the worst experience I've ever had shopping online. I recommend Lamps Plus or Coast Lighting instead."
