"I'll tell ya, this store has it all, the best selection you could ask for, It helps if you know a little about cars and what you need to order because the reps who answer the phones do not seem to know that much about auto parts, as far as selection one of the best Ive ever seen, I ordered a transmission for my 97 Chevy Silverado pick up, and brake pads and rotors for my 94 Acura Integra no problems with the parts and over 23% savings on the cost, I would recommend getting your auto parts from this store."

"To be honest reading the other reviews kind of worries me.
I have ordered many parts for my Accord from them and they have been nothing but perfect. Granted they were not critical parts such as a radiator. Mainly window regulators. I did order a muffler and it has stood the test of time for the last three years.
The other people should consider purchasing OEM parts not a "direct" replacement for critical parts. Customer service is meh. So are other auto parts dealers. I suggest to the others having a problem should contact BBB."

"I'm returning a part for the second time with auto parts warehouse. The first time, they supplied me with an RMA # via email to write on the shipping box and included no other instructions for shipping. Wanting to take care of this promptly, I mailed out the package first thing the next morning. A couple days later, I got an email from Auto Parts Warehouse supplying me with a shipping label for my package. I emailed them again asking why they hadn't told me originally that I didn't have to pay $30 on my own for shipping and asked them to compensate me. They told me that they could not compensate me for the shipping. This time around, I decided not to wait for the second email and called customer service and asked about receiving a shipping label from them. The person on the phone was most unhelpful, couldn't tell me anything about the confusion with my last experience, and ended by saying that I would not be supplied a shipping label this time regardless of me having to waste my money last time.
All in all, I feel silly for even using Auto Parts Warehouse again in the first place. I should have just gone to my local Oreilly's or Auto Zone, which I have since done. The problem is now solved and it was far easier and quicker.
Auto Parts Warehouse may be able to save you $20 on a part here or there, but you'll end up spending way more than that over their bullshit and it'll be weeks before it's all over and done with.
Good job APW"

"What more could I ask for? You delivered a quality part for less than anyone else I found on the Internet. I am very happy and would buy from you again."
