"Just got my new Burton Ion's in the mail today a day early. Got the Orange/grey which are impossible to find anywhere, trust me. This site had all the sizes and colors available. Not even available through the Burton website.
I submitted my request, got a confirmation via email, got a tracking number, 2 days later got home today and my boots were waiting for me.
Before I order them, I called them just to make sure they were not in China or a call center in India. Steve had and accent but it was from Utah which is where they are located.
I will keep utilizing backcountry.com as they treated me with knowledge and professionalism."

"I tried to use the coupon on the website that gave 50% off for outlet items. It didn't work. I spoke to the chat folks, and they couldn't understand that the coupon applied. They were not cooperative. They DID give me 2-day shipping, but what they didn't do is give me 50% off of a $145 backpack. I will not order from them again."

"Are you kidding me?? I had a GREAT experience with this company. I bought the wrong boots for my husband back in July and they took them back without any problem whatsoever five months later!! The agent that I dealt with was courteous, prompt and handled it all perfectly!"

"Needed some last minute holiday gifts to stuff some stockings. I got online and checked out Backcountry.com to see if they had any decent neck gaiters for snowboarding. They has so many. I jotted down the items and headed down to the store.
When you get there, you fill out cards with the item numbers of the products you would like to see. They have a bunch of computers stations here so you can browse their website and get your info. Take the card to the desk, and they will call your name when they have all the items for you. Pick up your products from a window in the back and you can check out them out, try them on, and figure out if they are what you want. I was able to find a great neck gaiter, out of the 4 I tried. Way better experience then heading to some holiday crazed shopping mall!!! I even scored some half price socks that were a total impulse buy.
Checkout is efficient and the staff is very helpful and knowledeable. Transactions are paperless and they email you a receipt. I was told If the gear is used you have 30 days to return. If it's new you can bring back anytime.
I have also shopped their various websites too and have had a good experience. The outlet has great deals and the shipping is always fast."
