"I went into Bare Necessities today after work looking for a long line strapless bra for this wedding on Saturday. The customer service that I received was phenomenal!
I was very comfortable with getting measured and fitted and discovered that my width on my band went down 2 inches which made me smile! Although I've been here and other speciality bra places before I was asked each time if it was ok for them to position my Breast properly in the bra.
I was even offered to come back with my dress and bra to make sure things fit perfectly and that the bra is not showing for the wedding!
I spent WAY LESS than what I anticipated but know that the purchase will be a good investment for me as I have another wedding in March.

"Once the BN received my return, the replacement got back to me quicker than expected. They refunded the return and charged my card the same amount, and waived the return postage fee. I will be reinforcing the mesh yoke of my bra by hand. I'm thinking about lining it as well, since the seams are uncomfortable. But that's my only complaint at this point. You'll hear from me again if any problems arise. Thanks, BN!"

"I previously rated this company 5 stars, however, 3 months later the mesh on the bra ripped. I contacted customer service via email with a picture. I received a reply telling me that I'd be able to exchange it, and I should call. I called this morning and was disconnected, which was frustrating. I called back later, explained the situation to Toun. She advised me that I would have to buy another since it's passed 60 days. I'm now waiting to hear from customer service, hopefully by Monday, Toun told me. They aren't there because of the weather. I have to wear that bra. No stars because of the complete aggravation experienced from the beginning. Jonte and Dana still get 5 stars for being great."

"I ordered an item and the web-site said "free returns" so I figured I had nothing to lose if it didn't fit. When I ordered, I was charged shipping and it took nearly two weeks to get the item, when I did, it was huge, so I sent it back for exchange. Instead of exchanging it, they gave me a partial refund. I called and inquired why, and they said they were not running a promotion "at this time" for free returns and so the partial refund was for shipping back to them. I explained I wanted an exchange, not a refund and they told me they would now need to charge my account for the item again. At the bottom of the web-site, it clearly says "Free shipping on exchanges" I have opened a dispute with PayPal. I could have gone to the store and purchased this item cheaper and with a lot less hassle than all of this."

"Products didn't fit. Material was cheap. (how can u claim to cater to well endowded women with cheap products). Sent it back last week on Wed and it's STILL supposedly sitting in a warehouse 5 mins away from my house. Called CS. the lady said her name was sheena. "sheena was very rude and doesnt know what shes talking about hung up on me. Tiffany (if thats her real name) said theres no one by that name at the company and I have to wait 3 THREE FREAKIN WEEKS to return the product and get a refund of the cheaply made flimsy products. i am so sorry i ever dealt with this horrible company."
