"Came in last week to make an exchange and to purchase a good, non-digital scale.
Let me first say this Bed Bath has way more items than other locations and I love how they have the section for beauty, hair care, body care, etc. I previously went to the Cupertino location but was saddened that they didn't have any of the beauty products (hair are, deodorant, lotions, face care, etc.)
Anyway, at this location, I was helped by a nice gentleman for my exchange but the scale was unavailable in store so I waited to see a store associate at Customer Service.
I have seen Any there before at CS, but this time around I really had a chance to talk with her and she made my day! She found the scale, placed the order (even though I was unable to do so because it said it was sold out), gave me a free 30% off coupon, even though j had one, andddd she gave me another 20% off coupon because she saw that the one I was going to use was expiring the next day. She was also just very personable and she was even having good chats with the person who she helped before me.
I definitely will return and am so glad Amy took care of me :)"

"went in the store and ordered two items only found online. They have me 20% off both items with my two coupons. Shipment only took 4 days to get to me from 7 states away. Shipment also came with a pre paid and marked shipping label in case i needed to make a return for any reason. Bb and b is just awesome!"

"Visited the SanTan Arizona store on Saturday, 4/11 and as we walked near the linen dept there were two sales associates heading in different directions. We needed chair cushions that were located above that we could not reach. Looked several different directions for help, finding none. Went to the front desk and asked if someone could help us. The lady said absolutely. Ten minutes later no one ABSOLUTELY showed up to help us. We realize our $100+ sale might be insignificant to them. Walked out empty handed. Very disappointed as they did have the cushions that we really wanted to purchase."

"So, I bought a bunch of tiaras on Bed Bath and Beyond's website had to return 5 tiaras one week and 5 the next. At Christmastime.
Also, it turns out that the tiaras were shipped directly from the seller (so, not BBB but through their site) so they were dubiously labeled, came in a million separate boxes, and were kind of impossible to determine which tiara corresponded to which item on the packing slip.
Yeah. It was insanely frustrating and I probably should've waited til after Christmas, but I'm an idiot, so--eh.
Anyway, the nice (flustered) guy manning the return line by himself helps me out. There are a ton of people and he's doing his best to return everything according to the packing slip, but good lord it's a mess.
Granted, that's not my fault--the distributers decided to label only some of the tiaras with numbers and then refer to the tiaras by names on the packing slip. So.. Not very bright of them.
Anyway, same thing happens when I have to return the second batch. Long lines, flustered employee doing her best to assist me. I get in and get out.
When I get home, I take a look at the receipts and realize that one tiara was returned for less than the correct value, so I'm out about $20. I decide to place a call and see if BBB can by any chance recount the tiaras I returned and see if I can get that $20 back. It's a tall order and I think I'll probably end up having to drive down there, but I do it anyway.
I speak to the manager who is very polite and understanding. Despite the fact that it's a frustrating task, he promises to do it and credit my card, as well as send a receipt. And he does. The credit shows up in a few days and I even get the damn receipt in the mail a while later when I thought he'd forgotten. Amazing!
Anyway, I love BBB and this experience was awesome thanks most of all to this great manager who really totally delivered. ... I just wish I remembered his name!"
