"I've only done this program for a week and the food has been fine if not totally fine-dining amazing, obviously. I'm really writing, though, to counteract the back reviews on customer service. I had a customer service issue this week about my snacks and I wrote an email. The email was returned the next day and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Chris, particularly, was really nice and helpful. I wasn't able to get them on the phone, but maybe people having problems should try email.
Of course, I will update this review as the program progresses. For now, I'll just say that although I would love to have non-frozen food delivered, the price is just cost prohibitive, whereas BistroMd is expensive but doable. That being said, I haven't really had any problems with taste. Of course, I didn't like a few meals. But then I just took them off the menu for the future."

"I started the service a couple of months ago for my husband & me & I love it. The food & the customer service have been great. After taking a break due to 2 trips in May - received our first shipment back today & I'm so glad. Since I restarted our order - I've had a couple of issues that I needed help with (the issues were my fault, since we have 2 accounts but I manage them both I've messed up a few things, like accidentally identifying myself as a man & an additional billing issue) they were easily cleared up on the phone & their customer service has been wonderful. Chris easily fixed my plan, took the time to tag our accounts to avoid it in the future & emailed me confirmation. I had a billing issue today & again, the representative who helped me - Samantha - could not have been more helpful, courteous or efficient. Both were a pleasure to work through my issues with & that does not happen often. I have also emailed questions in & again, answers were prompt, informative & pleasant. A+ from me on customer service."
