"Just spent 5 great nights at this hotel. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Shower great. Plenty hot water. Breakfast was lovely every morning - plenty to choose from and you could go back as many times as you wanted. Staff friendly and spoke English. Would highly recommend this hotel. "Stayed at Tourist & Resort Hotel Cappadocia, booked through Booking.com. This Hotel classified as Four Star but the treatment we received was 5 star. My partner and I would like to thank, the house maid, the reception staff, the breakfast staff, the chef (who make the most amazing omelettes), and the doorman, and last but not least the manager, who made our stay the greatest part of our world trip. We arrived tired at 05:30 in the morning a car (driven by doorman) picked us up from the bus station and took us to the hotel, reception seeing how tired we were gave us a room immediately, while the doorman carried our two heavy bags upstairs to our room, and we were invited to have breakfast after a short sleep, everything thereafter was just as perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough. I would also recommend that any tours, ballon rides be booked through the hotel manager, he speaks perfect English, and did not rip us off, in fact he was cheaper than quotes we received from local agencies we got quotes from. Dates stayed 13/7/15 to 17/7/15 inclusive. From an Australia traveller couple."

"Booking.com notified me to let me know that a booking I had made through them could not be honoured as the provider had double booked our room. Booking.com had found nearby suitable accommodation that was more luxurious and more expensive and said they would pay the difference! It was totally up to us whether we took up this offer. We were more than happy to. Fantastic customer service and we cont inue to use them with complete peace of mind.
It is always great to be able to manage our bookings easily. I have been able to change the dates of an upcoming booking painlessly. I will book directly or with another booking service if a better deal is offered. If prices are similar I always choose booking.com especially if they offer the free cancellation option."

"Do not use this service. I was stranded at the Atlanta airport. No hotel rooms in the vicinity available. I consulted booking.com and they confirmed a reservation at a sketchy motel 20 miles from the airport. I rented a car, drove to the motel, and they had no knowledge of my "confirmed reservation" and NO ROOMS AVAILABLE."

"Have been using booking.com for many, many years. I have never had a problem with their web site. I always compare their price with the hotels price. I find the hotel descriptions and amenities are generally the same. Also the extra information that booking.com provides has certainly been a help. So far so good and hope that it continues that way.
Tip for consumers: Always do your homework. Once you check the information on the booking.com web site I always check the information on the hotel's web site, if the price is the same and policy is the same than I book directly with the hotel. Many hotel's do not have a web site of their own and that is when booking.com comes in most handy. No problems ever."
