"The pro's: The customer service is great. The people that work here are really nice and quite helpful. I like doing business here.
The con's: The quality of the clothes leaves something to be desired. In this case I purchased a jacket for roughly $75.00. I had to return the jacket because the metal fasteners were malformed in the molding process and wouldn't snap closed. Luckily, as I've already stated, the customer service is great and they happily accepted a trade. Unfortunately the second jacket that I am now wearing is exhibiting other quality issues, such as seams unspooling and the hood drawstring became untethered from the jacket.
In the future I will still buy clothes at this store, but I will avoid Harbor brand products."

"Most of the trousers sold by Casual Male have elastic waist bands so if you buy a pair that fits, it's impossible to keep them up. No flat front trousers were available, only trousers with pleated fronts. Two belts, sold as leather, tore at their buckles after a few weeks of service. They were made in China from leather by-products pressed into a strap. When asked if the shop would have a jacket shipped so I could try it on before purchasing it, I was told I would have to buy it first.
I cannot think of better motivation to lose weight than never having to shop at this dreadful chain again."
