"I purchased a pair of slippers as a gift for someone last Christmas. Somehow, they screwed up the address for the shipping order. My credit card's billing address and my shipping address back when I got this were different, so somehow the website meshed the two and used the correct street address but wrong city and state. Needless to say, I was frustrated. When I called customer service to figure out what was going wrong, the person who took care of me was extremely rude, and insinuated that the whole problem was my fault and that the address was based off of what I put in for my credit card. This still doesn't make sense because the address was only partially correct in relation to what I had actually put for my credit card--if the address had been wrong (aka the mixed up address they were trying to ship to) the credit card wouldn't have been billed in the first place! Horrible horrible shipping process and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Would give this negative stars if I could and I will never shop here again."

"Do not shop here. Horrible experience. Had to submit a return using their process. I even called them to confirm. The return too way longer than it should have. I had to email them repeatedly to find out what was the status of the return. They responded with circular emails meant to get me to email more even though I continually attached a scan of the return slip, put the order number in the email and also gave the the USPS tracking info in the email. They then processed the return incorrectly. Customer service then lied to me stating it was a "system error" when it was clearly not. I really don't appreciate being lied to and would have been less angered had they just stated they made an error as a company."

"I bought a Jersey a hat and a pair of pants. I got my jersey and Hat when I was suppose to get them. I called about the pants after 8 days. This was suppose to be 3-5 day shipping. I get one person telling me they are out of stock until the 15th of Dec. I made my purchase On the 28th of Nov. The next person I talked to said they all had been
