"NEVER order from HerRoom! Ordered 3 bras. Had to return because they didn't fit. They only refunded me for 2 of the three. They claim one of the bras was not in 'pristine' condition. I never even removed the bra from the original packaging! I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing because it sounds like they do this quite often! RIP OFF!"

Had the same issue as everyone here -- initially great service then complete ripoff on return. I ordered six items and I decided not to keep two (one tried one for a second one not even tried on) because I didn't like the zipper it had. Told I couldn't return because (without any specifics or explanation) my new with tags items were not "new". Huh? On further inquiry they said they put green stickers where they identified stains -- but my items had no such stickers. I've never had difficulty returning new items to an online store. Wish I had read these reviews before, will never buy from this company again.
Updated to add a helpful hint: Herroom refused to provide any relief, but I was able to get a resolution through Google Stores, so it's worth it to click on that purchase protection link and raise the issue through Google (an option assuming Herroom stays in the "trusted stores" group)."

"I received the wrong item, called, they were closed (M-F only), read Returns instructions on website, followed directions and used enclosed shipping label WHICH IS NOT PREPAID. On Monday I called and was told that HerRoom would not reimburse my shipping costs even though they sent me the wrong item because I should have called first. Was rudely told that I "had chosen to take action myself" by returning the product, and that the Returns instructions make it clear that you need to call for a prepaid shipping label. That is bogus. I wish I had read all of the bad reviews for this place before placing my order. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. UNPROFESSIONAL and rude to boot."

"Well, it seems that all these persons had problems returning an item. I am not in that situation. I live in the EU and ordered from this American site 3 pairs of stockings. They are impeccable, delivery was perfect, I am extremely satisfied. I don't have to return them, therefore I have no idea about their post-sales services, but right now I would gladly order from them again!"
