"I've flown with United in/out of SFO several times now, both domestically and internationally, and have zero complaints. I've had some less-than-spectacular flight attendants (the one that was constantly saying "Jesus" and rolling her eyes on my last flight comes to mind), but flights have been on time in all cases - something I certainly cannot say for decades of flying United out of ORD (I could do the "Jesus" rolly-eye-thing at that! haha)."

"We fly out of Tampa to New Jersey - it's the worst flight coming back. Our flight was Horrible because we had our flight schedule to a different time. My mom was very worried her blood sugar dropped! And she can't take her medication because the flight person looked at her weird!"

"United airlines is completely useless. The service is terrible, on and off the plane. After a 12 hour flight I had a short stopover in Detroit before my connection to LA and they made me collect my checked luggage and bring it to them before I boarded. Then they lost it. Useless!"

"United is the worst of the worst. I would rather fly by carrier pigeon than fly with them ever again. I have given them many chances, believe me. From lost luggage, delays, missed connections to finding myself crying in the airport out of total frustration. Pay whatever it is you have to in order to use another airline."
