"I used LegalZoom in the past and although it might be a little pricey with all the extra features you can add-on, they provide a good service and help you navigate legal issues if you're trying to incorporate or dealing with other legal issues by yourself. It's definitely much cheaper than hiring a lawyer and they actually have a service where you can consult with lawyers. I don't like how they try to upsell you constantly to some of their services. The idea of paying for the service every month for years I might not use too much just doesn't vibe well with me. But I guess for some, that's the cost of doing business.
The site itself is pretty easy to use and I haven't had any issues with it. I like the design and it is actually pretty easy to navigate and when I had to call in, the customer service rep was pretty good and helped me figure out what I needed to."

"Legalzoom was user friendly but consistently sent me incorrect paperwork for my divorce. When I went to the local courthouse to file the paperwork for my divorce I had to redo more than half of the forms I received through Legalzoom. This process delayed my divorce and caused me alot of grief. I had to make multiple trips to the courthouse and finally had to wait for the free assistance provided in my county to help me complete the paperwork properly. I will never use Legalzoom again."

"Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. They are sending emails stating that they have attempted to contact many times, however no phone calls have been received. When you call them you have to wait for at least 30 minutes listening music and hearing polite message about their friendly agents. Very poor service."

"I have used Legal Zoom several times for business and personal needs. I have no complaints. You will pay triple or more to hire a lawyer."

"I signed up with LegalZoom to create a Living Trust (Big Mistake). I went on line and completed the forms that requested information. But being a College Graduate with a Masters Degree, I apparently did not know the legal definition of the items that were presented in plain English. Accordingly I had some questions that needed to be answered. That is where the trouble began an Monday I stayed on the line continually fro 8 hours. (I have unlimited calling privilege and a speaker phone that allowed me to wait) At the end of the 8 hours and several requests for a call back. I gave up.
I canceled my order, demanded my money back. Also, I have instructed my credit card company to void that transection."
