"My beautiful and expensive Monster guitar cable hums and makes noise. So I switched to a cheap molded-end cable and everything is fine. Hmmmm.
Does anyone there actually PLAY an instrument?"

"I have been buying Monster's products for many years and love their products. Yes, like any manufacturer, there are going to be those products that don't quite hold up as well, however, I found that their replacement policy on the cable product line was the best. I was able to turn in cables I bought two years ago, without any questions... I did, however, have to send in a copy of my purchase receipt. Not sure if I would have had such a seemless expeirence, had not I had my original receipt filed away.
Their headphone lines are great! I own a pair of Beats headphones, which is a brand Monster developed, manufactured and marketed. Since then, I purchased their mid-range brand DNA for my neice and nephew. No problems so far and the sound is great!."

"If you want guaranteed quality products, Monster is the way to go. You may pay a higher premium but that's the cost of a world class product. I've bought cheaper products without the brand recognition only to find that they don't last as long. In the end, paying a little more for the better product is better than the hassle of buying lots of cheap replacements that only end up costing you more in the long run."

"Monster cables may seem more expensive but when you are installing them behind dry wall and you never want to have to do that again, trust me it is well worth it to buy the best cable you can afford. If you just need a simple 3 foot HDMI cable then it is not a big deal. I only go with monster cables when putting up my speakers behind dry wall."

"Monster has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with--bar none! It's impossible to get a live body on the phone, and when you do, they transfer you to another department where you're on hold for at least 20 minutes before you hang up In frustration. I've tried their toll free 800 number at least 12x and each with the same result. I've emailed the company's founder and head of operations and never received even a courtesy reply. Later for this company! I'll gladly spend my money where someone appreciates my biz, and so should you."
