Real Customer Reviews

"Everything worked as it should except for the US Postal Service, which took an awfully long time to deliver an item that was being sent from Austria. The earrings I bought for my wife are beautiful, and finding a store that had anything like them would be a real long shot."

"The seller was great, shipped very quickly from the U.S. to Canada, packed the doll who was fragile very well, and was great in letting me know about everything. As well, the shipping was really reasonable. Great experience, overall."

"What a horrible site to do business on! Non-supportive Ruby Lane staff was all I received as a seller on Ruby Lane. I closed my site this week due to the lack of support. Ruby Lane needs to realize that if there are no sellers, there is no business!!"

"Fast, friendly, and efficient service!! Love my ring and nice people to do business with. I will definitely be buying from their site again. Highly recommended!!"

"Ruby Lane has beautiful items, customers are great. Been selling there for over 8 years, In the last 2 years, site has gone downhill somewhat. I attribute this to offering free registration for new sellers, so now there's a flood of ebay sellers with crappy photos, misleading descriptions and cheap items. Search only works for exclusive sellers--this is wrong! Fees are the same. I used to pay for featuring but the costs skyrocketed. Good selling venue overall but they need to weed out the bad."
