"Purchased this Samsung washer & dryer from Sears this past Summer. So far so good! It washes our clothes effectively and efficiently. Cycle time is considerably quick and the units are very quiet. Clothes come out of the washer pretty dry because of the rapid tumble speed which is a huge plus if you're concerned about saving money on the electric bill. Highly recommmed!!"

"This is a dent and ding resale store. The salesman was the most charming man I've ever met. Showed me exactly what I wanted. The price was 35% less than the retail store. The stove had one small nick in the paint. I can fix that with an enamel repair kit. Was impressed with what they have to offer."

"Our dishwasher we ordered online through the outlet was damaged during shipment and we didn't discover it until it was operational and the dishwasher leaked and we saw all of the dents in the back and sides of the dishwasher. Sears Outlet customer service got us in touch with the store which provided a new one for replacement."

"You remember when outlets where actual outlets?
Unlike retail stores masquerading as outlet shops, the Sears Outlet has exactly what it is supposed to have: scratched and dented, overstock, etc. We have bought multiple appliance here over the years and have been very happy with them.
Remember that this is an outlet store so the selection is hit-or-miss depending on what gets scratched or dented and when. That said, there are plenty items in the overstocked and discontinued areas.
Most of the poor rating are for delivery, which we have never used. So, sounds like you should get a truck."

"Bought a washer online and had it delivered. When someone from the store called to schedule the delivery, they didn't say where it was coming from or if I'd need anything else with it. So when the delivery guys show up, they are unable to hook it up because they do not have new hoses and I wasn't told I needed them. Great. We do it ourselves, but man if that isn't annoying.
Also, I understand it's an outlet store and the washer was 50% off, but if the website says "New in box", I'd expect a new washer in a box. Not a "probably new" washer without a box, but a nice big dent in the side.
Thanks guys. Along with my experience with the Lone Tree store, I won't be using Sears again."
