"I was looking for a new pair of steel toe boots and came across Shoebacca after doing a google search and the boots came up cheapest on their site. I have never heard of them before but for the price the boots were listed, I figured I couldn't go wrong with the price.
Once I got my confirmation email, I immediately realized I order the wrong size on accident. I called up right away to get the issue fixed and the customer service was impeccable. The rep was very patient and kind and seemed to be happy to help fix the issue. I received my order relatively quickly (3 days) and am very pleased with my purchase.
I've been eyeing a pair of Betsey Johnson platforms that they have on their site. When I have the funds I think I am going to have to buy them. I look forward to doing business with Shoebacca again."

"I have to say that I am reasonably happy with this group. Most notably there was a situation where I returned some shoes that had been worn for a single walk since I found them amazingly uncomfortable. At first the customer service folks denied the return and asked me to pay the shipping back to me. Of course I was not pleased and wrote a detailed email explaining the situation, why I returned the shoes, and why I felt it was not right for me to pay the return fee (because they claim to cover shipping "both ways"). The redeeming factor was they read and listened to my response and instead of blowing me off they agreed to just give me a refund. Hooray. So 4 stars for that. 5 stars would have been given had I not had to even interact and convince their customer service people that the shoes were returnable.
Otherwise normally they are pretty solid. Thier site is good and easy. I must say I don't like how long it takes to go from order placed to being shipped (especially for a company owned by Amazon who is amazing about that), but its not a show stopper.
I would recommend these guys."

"I found the site, then ordered shoes. After I ordered, I saw some reviews that were less positive. But, I have to say that I had no problem. I ordered late Sunday and wanted 2 day delivery. The order was processed Monday, and shoes arrived Wednesday. They were right on time. No delays. They arrived in perfect condition and clearly, were not seconds nor were they damaged. They fit, I kept them. (They were Baffin snosport winter boots. I needed them FAST for the freaking polar vortex!)
I give them only 4 stars for these reasons. First, I did not find anything on the site that told me what "processing" meant on my order. Second, I did not receive an email from them that the order had shipped (I got one from UPS instead) and no email that my payment had been received (I used paypal). Finally, there was no shipping invoice in the box or instructions for a return. If I had problems with the shoes, I'd have to dig around to figure out how to return them. Seems like the actual shipping system (alerts, emails, returns) could be improved and more transparent.
I think would use it again. My boots were $65 for a pair of Baffin snow boots. I couldn't beat the price."

"I've gotten shoes from here on a few occasions and have always had a great experience. Pricing is very very fair and their shipping and return policies are good. I wish they had a bigger selection of dress shoes, but overall I'm very happy with Shoebacca."

"I placed an order with them in Oct. 11. I requested and update in Oct. 17 they told me that order was being processed by manufacturer, request to cancel order on Oct. 23, they told me that that was not possible. I disputed the transaction, on Oct. 28 they changed the status to payment reversed. On Nov. 1 there's no trace of my money. A complete fraud."
