"I ordered a set of pet stairs from They were rated for dogs up to 80 lbs, and my dog weighs 20 lbs. The wood on the stairs snapped during normal use less than two weeks after purchase and almost injured by dog. I was on hold with customer service for almost an hour, after which they asked me to send them photos of the stairs. I didn't hear anything back for two days, after which they told me to contact the manufacturer. They won't provide me with the manufacturer's contact information (it's not available anywhere online) and won't give me a refund for a defective product that I purchased from them. Hold time on their customer service line is terrible and they are totally unwilling to stand behind their products."
