"I don't know what other people are saying. I've never experienced any problem with shipping, although that's probably because I live in the US. But anyway, the quality isn't the best in the world (depending on the brand), and the products can be a little overpriced however, they have cute clothes that you sometimes can't find at other stores. I always get my order on time. The only thing that bothers me is there isn't free returns, they don't reimburse you for the shipping prices. I did get the rest of the money back though, and in the time frame that was posted on their website."

"I love Nasty Gal. I am so addicted to their products. I always buy Jeffrey Campbell shoes from here. I have purchased summer clothes as well and now I know how the sizing goes. Im a size small and the small fits well. Sometimes it depends on the manufacturer, clothes that are size small might fit a bit loose but can be fixed with alterations. I have purchased their shoe brand Shoe Cult. I love wearing the flatforms. The platform clogs are very cute though a bit unstable when walking. I prefer saw tooth threaded soles like UNIF and YRU bec its very comfortable to walk in all day in the office. They have great deals and sales. My outfits are so trendy that my friends and co workers always ask where I shop. I love the free shipping when you buy $75 or more. Shipping time is great. I receive my order within 1 week from the time it has been shipped. Great customer service. I always receive my response through facebook within 1hr or within 24hrs. Keep up the great work!
Tip for consumers: The staff on facebook are really nice and helpful. They reply within 24hrs with my questions and so far I havent returned/exchanged any of my orders. I am very pleased with my orders and their services."

"In the past year, Nasty Gal has improved their service incredibly! All of my recent experiences have been pleasant, whether by phone or email. Response times are fast, shipping is fast, returns are fast, and there have been no issues or mistakes with my orders.
I'm reserving my last star for when they make their returns process easier. If they provided a prepaid return shipping label -- I'm not even asking for free return shipping! Just a label included in the package! -- they'd join the ranks of Nordstrom, ASOS, Zappos and other huge online giants, at least in my eyes. They're giants because the process from start to finish is just so easy.

"I buy from NastyGal all the time and usually I am pretty impressed with their products and their speedy shipping. But since they switched to their new website layout, I've also noticed a raise in prices from only a few months ago when I started really buying on there.
Most of the stuff, at first, I thought was moderately priced, but now there are dresses online (that are not vintage) that are over $250, which isn't the kind of stuff I'm looking for.
However, I do love all their clothes and I haven't had any problems returning things yet, but they have over charged me for some of the items. Which, eventually, was reimbursed."
