"I've been visiting this site for about 4 years and am offended that not once in all that time, with the turnover and the new hires brought on, that there has never been a female customer service representative on staff. There are always 3 to 4 agents assisting customers. The owner is also very rude to women when he assist them. I was told that a while back a female did work there and was fired...probably because she was female.
If this site were not so close to my home and the only T-Mobile store in town I would never go there because I do not support this line of thinking and it should be corrected by corporate. The boys that work there are great, but I look forward to equal gender representation."

"Have you looked for a company with decent customer service? How about excellent customer service that blows you away. In the last year when I've had to call for minor reasons or questions, the T mobile customer service representatives not only answer right away any time, they speak fluent English and are in AMERICA! and they are helpful, happy, friendly AND they will follow up with a call or email. Even if another company claim to have better coverage, I will never leave the service I receive at T mobile. Also my phone bill is only $40 some a month and I have good coverage and a great phone (Note 2)"

"I have been using TMOBILE since the 90s and they have been great.
Sometimes I would think they would tell me about some of their offers since I have been a loyal customer for so long but when I ask they will take care of me. The customer service has been good, every once in a while I get someone that can not help but then I call back and get"

"I've had T-Mobile for 5+ years now and I've found that while mistakes are sometimes made, (usually during ill-advised store visits) their phone based customer service is very good at making up for it. Any time I have called them with an issue they have been very quick to correct it and to give me some kind of compensation or perk to make up for the loss. While the website has had a few issues in the past with user-friendliness, they have made regular improvements over the years that help immensely. If you demand perfection constantly, not the carrier for you, but if you have a tiny bit of patience, they do come through in the long run."
