"Love The Fresh Diet. I'm a pescatarian and the food options are very accommodating. I'd used the service in the past when they had a Groupon deal and I'm using it again now with a deal I received in the mail to buy one week and get the second free! I'm a busy mom of two that is trying to lose this pesky baby weight and TFD offers a tasty, fool proof way to do so!
If you enjoy being able to choose your meals and have healthy food at your doorstep TFD is for you not to mention the cheesecake is to DIE for!"

"My house all decided to go in and try out this diet plan. We each had it for dinner and lunch. Everyone lost weight. The only problem--you have to try a bunch of the dishes to see which ones you actually like eating. I am not sure I want to pay to try and then be disappointed. Everyone has different tastes. It worked out well that if I took a bite of a meal and didn't like it another roommate might love it. I recommend buying a large volume and then sharing it with friends to see which meals work for you."

"I am giving 5 stars for their vegetarian meals as they are really quite good. I just wish sometimes they had an option for a pure vegan plan too. Still, I love the meals."

"This is my second time being on the Fresh Diet and so far so good. The first time I was on the program I lost approx 30lbs in a total of 4-5 months with little to no time at the gym. The first few weeks are rough because you'll be hungry but the food is very good."
