"I bought my first pair of classics from this website. They're amazing. So comfortable and it's totally worth it. The size was a perfect fit and they shipped fast too! #lovetoms"

"Very cute decor - but pretty small selection of Tom's shoes (compared to online). The up-side of the store is that you don't have to pay shipping, but the down-side is that there are not enthusiastic or very happy people working at the shop, particularly if you have a 2 year old with you. Sometimes it's nice when staff is empathetic. Other than that, pretty pleasing experience, very fast check-ineck-out."

"TOMS site and company is great for one stop shopping. BUT, if you experience any hangups post-purchase be warned. They no direct service rep to speak with about faulty products or returns. And they offer very little assistance in finding a solution when their own products are damaged or are not of quality. They are very unresponsive to communication and make the effort required to return faulty goods a huge responsibility on the consumers end. Not recommended if you want any guarantee in your product."

"What a disappointment in dealing with TOMS. I understand they work for a good cause and that is why I was trying to order from them for the first time. But I will not do it again. I tried to change an order less than five minutes after I had made it. They just will not change the order under any circumstance, so that I will have to pay for shipping to return it. Changing orders immediately after they were made is a common practice among good stores. Too bad for TOMS. They need to catch up with time and improve its customer service."
