"I was looking forward to the Christmas gifts I had ordered from their website only to get an email that my order was cancelled. I use my debit card for other major company online purchases and never ever have an issue conforming my billing address! The address I provide is where I live and that's where I want my order shipped as well. They treat you like a card fraud and I work at a bank. Then the customer service rep tells me to contact my financial institution. I then asked for my refund and she told me it would take 1-7 days.. It's been three days since the email and we will see if I even get a refund on time. If not hell hath fury on Sephora"

"I placed an order in July with them and now it is November and I am still short $400 in products. When you order online from them, you better hope and pray nothing goes wrong. And I mean nothing, otherwise it's all your loss. When you email them about your issue, you will be asked to call. Then when you call you should be prepared to lose hours of your life being on hold and transferred. And then just when you think they have finally resolved your problem, a month will go by. And you will still be out of hundreds of dollars of product and no refund. At the end of the day, somehow all of this will be made to feel like it's your fault and not Sephora's or the shipping companies. Sure they have great products, but the second anything big goes wrong with your order, prepared to be screwed."

"I am not sure where the link is on the website to recommend a store clerk, but I figure this will work just as well.
I have always loved the selection that is offered for make up and skin goods as Sephora. Also, the customer service there is amazing and they are really knowledgeable about the product.
I went there recently to look up fragrances for my best friend and my fiancé. I was assisted by Scott, who was really knowledgeable about the different options that were available. He really listened and recognized what I was looking for as far as gifts. He was very personable and really helped me to find cologne that I was seeking.

On this occasion I was searching for a perfume to transition from feisty summer to calming fall. There's this computer that will take the name of the perfume you like, then give you similar brands that offer some of the same essence as in the entry one. Give it a shot! Your nose will appreciate you not bombarding it with 10 different fragrances.
My favorite part of Sephora, which is really a death trap, is going into the check-out line. On display are a variety of useful travel or sample size products. Ranging from mascara, deodorant, lip gloss, hand cream and sunscreen they really set you up for success."
