"They should call this place Horrid!!!If you order online for free shipment and return to the store, do not pay with PayPal.
The store will not be able to return it and you will have to pay to mail it back.
This is unclear in the return section because they say if you purchase through a third party you will not be able to return to the store, but what it doesnt say is that they consider paypal a third party.I considered PayPal a form of payment, but not according to Horrid."

"Had a broken item sent to me. It was on clearance with a clearly labeled "all sales are final" sign. A few days later I had them ask to rate my experience with the products I bought, and I left them mediocre feedback and complained about my experience. Needless to say, they came back and apologized to me and gave me a refund for the broken merchandise. I was absolutely impressed with how they handled things."
