"I purchased 4 pairs of boots online and would do so again!
All pairs fit and the quality was good . They arrived in a timely manner and were not damaged in shipping.
I have a large foot size and it is hard to find boots especially, that fit, but no longer! I am so thrilled I can buy the styles I want , with no hassles! Even in Canada.
I love all my new boots !
Ladies I highly recommend shopping at Torrid!"

"They should call this place Horrid!!!If you order online for free shipment and return to the store, do not pay with PayPal.

The store will not be able to return it and you will have to pay to mail it back.

This is unclear in the return section because they say if you purchase through a third party you will not be able to return to the store, but what it doesnt say is that they consider paypal a third party.I considered PayPal a form of payment, but not according to Horrid."

"I ordered several items from this store. I was really impressed by the amount of special deals they have on the site. I was very happy with the service, and the quality of the clothes I received. I will probably use this site again in the future. I really like their selection of clothes."

"Had a broken item sent to me. It was on clearance with a clearly labeled "all sales are final" sign. A few days later I had them ask to rate my experience with the products I bought, and I left them mediocre feedback and complained about my experience. Needless to say, they came back and apologized to me and gave me a refund for the broken merchandise. I was absolutely impressed with how they handled things."
