"US Appliance claims on their webpage that large appliance orders will be received in between 1 and 3 weeks time. This is simply false. Our delivery is scheduled 31 days after the order was placed, and we don't know yet whether it will actually come by then. We were never notified of any delay and it was only through repeated phone calls that we were told anything. We only received the correct date that the order was even shipped from their store after the third phone call. The prices are reasonable, but the customer service is poor."

"I ordered a range and microwave for my kitchen reno on Feb 22nd. I received an email immediately stating that I would get a sales receipt as soon as my order processed. 2 weeks later I called them to cancel because I never got an email and read some other reviews that were horrible. They said "oh yeah it has been ordered". My card had been charged but not shipped and still no email. I cancelled, ordered it from somewhere else and boom 2 DAYS later, my order has shipped. That is how it is supposed to be done."

"Refrigerator is great, but two issues with the overall process: 1)I did not understand that the shipping would only deliver it to the outside or to my garage (not even to my front porch...he had no hand truck). Then the driver would not let me take the plastic packing off of the refrigerator to inspect it. I almost had him take the product back. It is unreasonable that the consumer cannot inspect the product at receipt as strongly suggested by US appliance on the website. I suggest changing carrier policy on consumer receipt and inspection.It was wrong and very confrontational.2) I had an initial confirmation of the order, but two weeks after the order I had no further communication. I called and was told that the item was back ordered and would be arriving soon. Good news was that it arrived a week later. Bad news was that I had to call after two weeks to get a status"
