"Purchased a refurbished coffee machine from this outfit. It was defective. They keep promising to send a return label so I can get it exchanged but it never shows up. I keep hearing "it should be there within 24 hours" but after a week it's still not here. Several complaints, several lies, still no resolution. I regret my purchase. The people are cordial and nice enough but don't follow through on their promises. I would suggest looking at other options and purchasing from different people. The company has an excellent marketing presence but can't seem to follow through on the basics of customer service."

Waited 30 min on hold with customer service to learn we needed to go back to manufacturer to remedy problem, this was one day after we received unit."

"I spent over $1,000 dollars at Whole Latte Love just under a year and half ago. Got a lot of stuff and love it. But they DO NOT stand behind their products. After light use of a knock box some key bushings deteriorated. This never went through the washing machine or received anything but normal use. Whole Latte Love refused to replace the defective part and asked me to buy replacement and pay shipping. There explanation was that this parts always go. That really shouldn't be my problem and makes me wonder how they will handle any issues with my $1,000 expresso machine.

I am taking my next thousand dollars somewhere else."

"Starbucks is not expresso. I have a DeLonghi Gran Dama and whole latte love sells my machine for the price of a few hundred cups of bad starbucks coffee. If you love coffee, then stop drinking peets or starbucks and just pick up delonghi gran dama and you will never again step foot into a starbucks."
