"Product was good but found that customer service did not know much about the kitchen products I was interested in purchasing. Better to go to a small business where the service is better."

"I love William-Sonoma. They sell nothing but high quality products. Although their price is higher than usual, their customer services is best of the best. I have got their different baking dishes, cast iron wok, kitchenaid stand mixer, and etc. I couldn't be happier with their products and services. And I can get mine favorite lemongrass color to match my entire kitchen. What can I ask for more! :)"

"I once saw a Seinfeld standup routine where he talks about how he walks into a Williams Sonoma store and comes out with a pepper mill. And he doesn't even really know what a pepper mill is. I feel the same way. Williams Sonoma has a lot of food, home and kitchen related products and I have no idea what most of it is for. But what I do know is that most of their stuff is nice and if I need a present, I can always find something here."

"I loved the cooking school, cook books, products and food but most importantly it was the energetic and friendly staff that made my experience extraordinary. Thank you kindly!"

"Amazing. I came in on a Sunday, 10 minutes before closing with a list of chef tools that I needed for a culinary boot camp the next morning. Liz went through the whole list, providing many options. She didn't rush me at all, in fact stayed with me 20 minutes after closing to make sure I had everything I needed. I wanted to give her a hug when I left!
Bloody hell is it expensive! But sometimes ya gotta treat yo self. This is my first time buying something on the store, confident I'll be back."
